|Fabienne was taught the art of gastronomy in France by Michelin Star chefs Michel Mico and Jean Sulpice. Our famous Tarte Tatin and Chocolate Mousse (made without eggs and sugar) are amongst the specialties she prepares every day.
Philippe is a passionate wine collector and adds his favorite choices to our wine list. He is also the restaurant's truffle hunter and picks the best mushrooms through his Italian and French travels.
Together, they managed one of the biggest gastronomy and entertainment resorts of the French Riviera (Cap d'Antibes), La Maison des Pêcheurs.
